Window Naked

No window treatments; No problem! Create your own statement.  I have several large windows throughout my house, some expanding from the floor to the ceiling, and I refuse to cover them up with light blocking treatments.  This window happens to be located in my kitchen.  I love having as much natural lighting as possible, so I went a little crazy with the molding.  Even I  thought this window is too square to leave bare.   I simply customized the window frame by adding a shelf and a very deep sill (my pepper plant just loves it) and created a look that is far from that simple square of a window on my wall.

Window treatments are not for everyone, so go ahead and get window naked 😉
